Interscope no venderá la versión Deluxe del nuevo DVD de Tokio Hotel en USA. Está planeado vender solo la versión estándar, que contiene tan solo THTV, y ningún complemento. Los fans americanos han abierto una petición pidiendo que vendan el DVD Deluxe ahí también.
